my favourite town would have to be newtown in sydney.

everyone there is so lovely in their own little way and so friendly.
i enjoy the shops and i especially enjoy that i saw my favourites, angus and julia stone, in concert there.

i wish i could go there right now and spend lots of money in my favourite store, tree of life.

you're just the most beautiful girl inside and out.

i miss your laugh and i just miss being around you.

i wish i could see you everyday and i hate knowing i can't walk around the corner to see you whenever i wish.

you wanted me to write something inspiring for you to read on here but i want to inspire you to understand how truly amazing you are and that you can do anything you set you heart to.

so while i was op shopping with my mumma today i came across this lovely little stool..

it was only $5 and it turns out i've been wanting this exact stool my whole life. well maybe not that exact material/material colour of the cushion but i can change that. 


i also found this lovely handbag in my mummas cupboard the other week...

it had once belonged to the sweetest person i've ever known, my great grandma Bunty. she had given it to my mother years ago and my mother never uses it, so i thought instead of it sitting in the cupboard collecting dust i'd use it. 

i think the reason i adore it so much is because i know how happy Bunty would be to know i was using her handbag.

everytime i use it this song always pops into my head:

she used to sing this song to me when i was little and one of my favourite memories from my childhood is her singing this song to me and my grandma while we collected pinecones to be decorated and put in the fireplace for christmas.

i can't help but to wonder of the stories the stool and the handbag would tell if they could speak.

thankyou to my wonderful boyfriend for buying me a fish tank i have now got the cutest little friends for a pet.
i have just been sitting on a beanbag watching them zoom around excitidly to their food with a smile on my face for the last ten minutes, they are just so cute.
whoever said goldfish are boring, lied.

good morning sunshine,
today is a very lazy day, no work and no play really.
i have been reading blogs and watching television all morning and now i am inspired to re-decorate my room.
i want to spend lots of dollars on it but i know i shouldn't.
a new bed, fairy lights and some new bits and pieces here and there should hopefully do for the time being.

i do wish i had the money to be able to decorate like this though:

 

*sigh, they are all so lovely.
it is noon now and time to do something worthwhile.
